Events Without A Hitch is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and I'm proud to call Myers Park home. I plan weddings and events throughout Charlotte and the surrounding area, and I'm always happy to travel for the right celebration.

I offer three ways to work together: Full Service Wedding Planning, Partial Wedding Planning, and Special Events and Milestones. That last one covers milestone birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, baby and wedding showers, corporate gatherings, galas and fundraisers. Every package includes on site coordination on the day itself.

Full service is for the couple who wants a trusted partner from the engagement to the last dance: venue scouting, budget management, design, every vendor meeting, and unlimited on site support. Partial planning is for couples who have already started and booked a few vendors. I coordinate up to three key vendors, attend up to three final meetings, and lead the day for up to 12 hours with one assistant.

You work directly with me, start to finish. EWAH is a boutique studio, so the person who learns your vision in our first conversation is the same person leading your wedding day. Add more than a decade of Charlotte relationships, a curated vendor network, and an organized Aisle Planner process, and you get a planner who sees every detail coming.

That's exactly who I plan for. Everything lives in your Aisle Planner portal, so you can review decisions, approve designs and check your timeline whenever it suits you. I attend vendor meetings, chase the details and keep everything moving, so planning your wedding never feels like a second job.

Start by filling out the inquiry form, and you'll hear from me personally within 48 hours. Next we'll set up a consultation to talk through your vision, priorities and budget, and I'll recommend the package that fits. Your date is reserved once your contract is signed.

Absolutely. Life has more than one big day. I plan milestone birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, showers, corporate events, galas and fundraisers with the same care I bring to a wedding.

Yes. I personally lead your wedding day as your lead coordinator. Full service couples receive unlimited on site support from me and my event assistants, and partial planning couples receive up to 12 hours on site with me and one assistant. I direct the ceremony, manage every vendor, and handle the details so you can be fully present.

Yes. After more than a decade planning weddings in Charlotte, I have a curated network of photographers, florists, caterers, musicians and rental companies I trust. I'll match you with vendors who fit your style and budget, review every contract, and my clients receive preferred vendor discounts.

Every couple receives a personal Aisle Planner portal with your timeline, checklist, budget, vendor contacts and design details in one place. You'll always know what's done, what's next and who's handling it.

Yes. Both wedding packages include rehearsal facilitation, so your wedding party knows exactly where to stand, when to walk and what to expect before the big day.
